An Irish jig slowed down with with very tasteful blues sounds on fingerstyle guitar and incredible soprano sax solo- very mellow and "cool". 2.Breton set (5:43)-These tunes come from Brittany, the Celtic region in the northwest of France. An modal key Irish march from Tyrone County in the Northern province of Ulster, and a well- known reel with a jazzey intro. 5 Skye Aire (3:53) chamber ensemble playing at its best with harmonies and variations with fiddler (Bonnie Rideout ) and guitarist (Al Petteway). 9. Joe Cants/John McKeowns/Willafjord (2:44) The use of damper pedal creates a unique percussive effect to start the set. 10 Mummers March/The Burning of the Pipers Hut (5:16) Maggies signature playing shines on this traditional tune in a new original version on Hammered dulcimer, soprano saxophone, clarinet, guitar, cittern & congas.
